All prices are in USD.

When paying through PayPal, I will send you an invoice for the value of your commission. I will start working on the commission once the invoice has been paid, and will accept the payment once the final piece has been approved.

Full refunds are available until the sketch is finalized/fully approved. After this point, I may offer a partial refund depending on how much work has been completed.

You may request any changes you'd like at any time, within reason. (Structure/anatomy changes during sketch, marking/color edits during coloring, etc.)

I will send you a WIP through whichever contact method you choose for every stage of the commission (sketch/lines/color/shading) and will not continue beyond that point until you have approved it.

My turnaround time is roughly 1-2 weeks. If a commission should take longer than 2 weeks, I will notify you and will possibly add a freebie as an apology for your wait time.

Images will be sent to buyer through whichever method of contact they choose as a link on FileGarden. This is to ensure the buyer receives the best possible quality image if they choose to download it. If contacted through Toyhouse, I will also upload the image to any relevant characters at the same time I DM with the FileGarden link. (Please let me know if you prefer me not to do this ! )

I really don't care what you use any art you commission from me for. Obviously I would prefer you didn't go around telling people you drew a commission I made though...
